“Words kill, words give life; they’re either poison or fruit—you choose.” Proverbs 18:21 (MSG)

The words you and I use are powerful.

It doesn’t matter if you are an introvert or an extrovert, all of us need to be careful of our words.
Negative or “tearing down” words can ruin a person’s life and relationships for a long period of time. Positive or “building up” words can uplift and sustain a person’s life and relationships for a lifetime.

“Watch the way you talk. Let nothing foul or dirty come out of your mouth. Say only what helps, each word a gift.” Ephesians 4:29 (MSG)

When we speak encouraging words of hope, love and peace we are talking with courage.
